St. Andrew's Curriculum
Pupils are expected to work hard, to which they fully subscribe. They achieve well in reading, writing and mathematics by the end of Year 6. Ofsted
At St Andrew's CofE Primary School we want every part of our school community – pupils, parents and staff – to cherish their time here and for every child to develop a love for learning.
Along with our core values of Friendship, Perseverance and Respect we teach our children to be the best that they can be for God, for others and themselves. We offer a broad, balanced and supportive curriculum which provides breadth, depth and challenge for all. Our curriculum is underpinned by three key drivers that ensure our children have the opportunities and experiences to grow and flourish academically, physically, socially and emotionally and are fundamental to everything that we want our children to achieve. Ultimately, we want our children to leave us as confident and happy individuals; ready to embrace the next phase of their education.
